As part of the CIMB Niaga Indonesia financial conglomeration, the Company's employees actively participate in fulfilling minimum volunteer hours through the Employee Volunteer Program (EVP), an initiative from Bank CIMB Niaga. Each employee is required to complete at least 4 (four) hours or 240 (two hundred and forty) minutes of volunteer hours.

The Employee Volunteer Program encourages employees to participate in social and environmental activities on a voluntary basis. Through this program, employees contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through activities such as teaching, blood donation, charity run or charity walk, donation of new or pre-loved usable items, food donation or disaster relief packages, environmental clean-up, skills training, tree planting, recycling, and composting.

Throughout 2025, CNS recorded a participation rate of 144%, indicating that all employees actively participated in this program, with total contributions reaching 5,451 minutes of volunteer hours.
