On 22 July 2026, DAM completed the acquisition of four SOE asset management companies: PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, PT BRI Manajemen Investasi, PT BNI Asset Management, and PT PNM Investment Management, following the signing of the Share Purchase Agreements. This milestone marks a significant step in DAM's broader mandate to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen institutional synergies, and establish a scalable, world-class asset management platform in Indonesia.

Upon completion of the acquisitions and the subsequent consolidation process, the initiative is expected to support the Government of Indonesia's agenda to drive sustainable economic growth, expand financial inclusion, strengthen the domestic investment ecosystem, and promote long-term wealth creation.
